Join NASM certified personal trainer Celeste St. Pierre for this Women's Strength Training workshop at our gym. This workshop is for women 55 and over, and is limited to only 5 spots!
Strength Training, in particular lifting heavy as we age, is paramount to building and maintaining power to do the activities we want to do. Learn to lift with good form, make a plan for your progression to continue in the weeks and months ahead, and learn how to fuel the working muscles. Come prepared to exercise!
