Celeste is a NASM-certified personal trainer and Wholistic Health coach with over 30 years of experience as a competitive runner and triathlete. She also leads open water swim camps and lessons for adults, teaches kids' swim lessons. With an education in Psychology, Celeste brings a unique perspective to her coaching, combining physical fitness with mental well-being.
She began strength training in her 20s and has continued, staying informed on the latest research. Celeste is passionate about educating women on the importance of lifting heavier weights, fueling the body properly, and ensuring adequate protein intake in each meal to maintain strong muscles and bones as they age. Her mission is to empower women, emphasizing the importance of understanding that “women are not small men” (Dr. Stacy Sims).

Ian Belcher

Ian is a 30 year old from Beverly, MA. He has been weight lifting for about 5 years and fell in love with it about a year in. These days he doesn't feel complete without a good workout.
Training others became part of his life in 2023 when a family friend asked if he could train her son. Since then he's had the pleasure of mentoring a number of hard working individuals in the gym. He works to not only grow their physiques but their minds and confidence.
For the past 5 years the gym has been a consistent outlet for him to get stronger physically and mentally, but also create positive relationships in his life. Ian considers himself just a regular guy trying to improve on himself and help others do the same.
