Celeste St. Pierre
Celeste is a NASM Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach. She is an active runner and triathalete competing for over 30 years.
She started strength training in her 20’s and just kept going. The updated research shows as women grow older we need to lift heavier weights, fuel more than we think and get a decent dose of protein in each meal to keep muscles and bones strong. Her passion is to share this with women-after all "women are not small men” (Dr Stacy Sims).
Her formal education is Psychology and she also leads open water swim camps for adults, teach kids swim lessons, and offers a few zoom fitness classes.
Ian Belcher
Ian is 30 years old and has been lifting for about 5 years.After about a year he started to fall in love with lifting, and his day felt incomplete without a good workout.
Ian grew up in Beverly, MA and he started training about a year and a half ago after a family friend asked if I he could train her son. Since then he's had the pleasure of mentoring quite a few hard working individuals in the gym. Helping to grow not only their physiques but their minds and confidence, which has also benefited him.
For the past 5 years the gym has been a consistent outlet for Ian to not only get stronger physically , but also mentally and create some positive relationships.
